Randolph M. Sharon
Founding Partner
Meet Randolph M. Sharon—known to most simply as Randy.
Randy has been practicing law since 1985 and is the founder and guiding force behind the Law Offices of Randolph M. Sharon. His academic journey began at UCLA, where he graduated with honors in Philosophy, followed by earning his law degree from Loyola Law School. While at Loyola, Randy clerked for Judge Billy G. Mills, the Supervising Probate Judge at the Los Angeles Superior Court—an experience that ignited his enduring passion for estate and trust law.
Over the decades, Randy has cultivated a practice renowned for its depth of expertise and personal touch. The firm specializes in estate planning, trust administration, probate, and conservatorships. Additionally, Randy collaborates closely with personal injury and medical malpractice attorneys to optimize settlement funds, ensuring clients’ long-term needs are met.
A significant focus of Randy’s work involves establishing and administering Special Needs Trusts and Court-Established Settlement Trusts. His team represents a diverse array of clients, including banks, financial institutions, and private professional fiduciaries, offering trusted guidance through complex fiduciary matters.
What truly sets the firm apart is its family-centered foundation. Randy’s son, Ian, joined the practice in 2024, continuing the family legacy by practicing law alongside him. Helayne, Randy’s wife, has been the firm’s Office Manager from day one. The couple met while working at a law firm early in their careers and have been partners in both business and life ever since. Their daughter, Olivia, has charted her own path of service as a social worker with the Los Angeles Unified School District, where she makes a meaningful impact on students and families.
When not working, Randy cherishes time with his family—whether relaxing at home, sharing a weekend meal, or watching the big game together. A passionate sports fan, he rarely misses a chance to cheer on his favorite teams. And when the call of the ocean comes, Randy answers. An avid fisherman, he finds solace and joy on the open water. For Randy, fishing is far more than a hobby—it’s a lifelong passion that mirrors his love of nature, patience, and appreciation for life’s quieter moments.
